libio-prompter-perl software package provides Perl module to prompt for input, read it, clean it, return it, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libio-prompter-perl
libio-prompter-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libio-prompter-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libio-prompter-perl *
You will get with libio-prompter-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
